THE CONNECTED PICTURE

Measure with purpose.
Interpret in context.

The aim is useful understanding—not the greatest number of tests. We start with your goals and consider which information is relevant.

01

YOUR INHERITED CONTEXT

Genetics is one part of your story.

A genetic report may offer information to discuss alongside your health history, current measurements, habits and environment.

Keep in perspective

Genes do not determine a perfect diet or guarantee a health outcome. Testing choices, limitations, consent and data handling need to be understood before proceeding.

02

YOUR CURRENT INFORMATION

Reports need a wider conversation.

Existing blood reports and relevant trends can help frame questions and priorities. The useful markers depend on the person and the clinical context.

Keep in perspective

Abnormal results and decisions about diagnosis, medication or treatment belong with qualified healthcare professionals. A single result does not tell the whole story.

03

BEYOND THE WEIGHING SCALE

Composition. Strength. Capability.

Body-composition assessment, such as InBody or DEXA where appropriate, can sit alongside strength, mobility and daily function in understanding your starting point.

Keep in perspective

Different methods have different limitations. A body-composition result alone is not a diagnosis, and repeated measurements need consistent conditions.

04

THE WAY YOU LIVE

Your routine is part of the picture.

Food choices, movement, recovery, stress, preferences and daily constraints help turn information into actions you can realistically sustain.

Keep in perspective

The plan needs to account for ability, existing health conditions and professional advice. We do not use a universal diet or exercise prescription.

05

A SELECTIVE ADDITIONAL LAYER

Glucose information, when appropriate.

Continuous glucose monitoring may be discussed when there is a clear reason to explore glucose patterns with appropriate guidance.

Keep in perspective

CGM is not a default requirement for everyone and does not independently diagnose a condition. Suitability and interpretation require appropriate clinical input.

Already have reports?

Start by discussing what you already know. The initial enquiry does not require uploading medical reports, genetic results or identity documents.
